The nature of our service
BORAKA supports the candidate, not a hiring employer. Fees pay for agreed career-development, coaching, and authorized search assistance, not a guaranteed vacancy or percentage of salary. Mandatory law and client rights remain unchanged. See the Career Services and Fee Basis Statement.
What we promise
BORAKA Managed Job Search provides the career planning, human-reviewed materials, authorized search execution, weekly reporting, the day-45 search review, Friday group coaching, private interview preparation, written-offer decision support, and the three included bonuses stated in your accepted scope. Candidate-supplied job links are optional; BORAKA never logs in to or operates the candidate's personal LinkedIn account, and the candidate handles LinkedIn-only or personally restricted actions. It does not promise employment, a minimum interview count, compensation, promotion, sponsorship, or an employer's decision by a particular date.
The Friday live group session recurs while the subscription is active, with current scheduling details provided in Circle. The sales-page calendar is illustrative rather than a booked schedule or hiring timeline. Private interview preparation begins when a genuine interview round is scheduled, and offer-decision support begins when an offer is received; neither event is promised to occur.
Employers make hiring decisions. Market conditions, role fit, qualifications, work authorization, geography, and candidate participation can affect a search. These factors do not excuse BORAKA from delivering work it agreed to perform with reasonable care and skill.
Historical client experiences
Historical client accounts concern earlier BORAKA or YANA services, not measured results of this new subscription.
We identify the service and context of an approved testimonial, preserve its meaning, and disclose any material connection such as a reward, discount, employment, or personal relationship where relevant. A quotation must be genuine; an edited summary is labeled as a summary. Images, logos, credentials, and outcomes require their own support and permission.
No representative hiring timeline, offer rate, or salary increase has been established for this new offer. We do not use a general 'results vary' statement as a substitute for supporting an outcome claim. Client accounts about work and support are not presented as proof of a typical hiring outcome. Any outcome claim requires its own substantiation and appropriate context.
Illustrations, costs, and timing
Sample career plans, resumes, or scenarios must be labeled as illustrative or synthetic where they are not a real authorized client example. A hypothetical example is not a testimonial.
The service has two stages: the $997 launch package and the separately activated $797 monthly managed search. The $997 launch plus one active month totals $1,794 before applicable tax.
A one-week launch target assumes complete intake, prompt scheduling, and timely approvals. It is not a promise that applications begin on a fixed day regardless of missing information or agreed revisions.
Other providers and professional boundaries
Naming a company, role, job board, or platform does not imply an employer partnership, endorsement, hiring preference, or access to unadvertised jobs. No such relationship is represented unless accurately and specifically disclosed.
Career support is not legal, immigration, medical, psychological treatment, or financial advice. Course completion or participation in this service is not an employer certification or a guaranteed competency assessment result. Competency Labs and training offers remain separate.
