1. Operator and scope
BORAKA is the trading brand of YANA Careers, LLC, registered in Maryland. These terms concern the Managed Job Search website on which these terms are displayed. Contact: support@boraka.co. BORAKA provides candidate-directed career development and administrative job-search support. Under this service we work for the candidate, not as an employer-retained recruiter or temporary staffing provider. Fees pay for the agreed work and support, not an employer's hiring decision, a guaranteed vacancy, or a percentage of the candidate's salary.
These terms explain permitted website use. Paid services require a separate accepted Service Agreement, completed Service Order, and any required subscription authorization. Visiting this site or sending an inquiry does not enroll you, authorize job applications, or permit us to charge you.
These terms do not replace agreements for existing clients, Circle programs, courses, or Competency Labs. Each offer has its own applicable terms. No term limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
2. Information and eligibility
Website information describes our services; it is not an offer of employment or a promise of acceptance into the service. We review suitability, residence, target market, service availability, and applicable requirements before enrollment. Availability in one place does not establish availability everywhere.
We do not promise a particular number of interviews, salary, hiring date, employer response, promotion, immigration outcome, or placement. Nothing on this site excuses us from delivering the services we expressly agree to provide.
3. Appropriate use
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false information, malware, confidential material you lack permission to disclose, another person's identification documents, patient information, or an employer's protected research data. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, impersonate another person, or interfere with other visitors.
Paid service enrollment is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can legally enter the agreement. Do not submit a child's personal information to request this service.
4. Website content and client materials
BORAKA and its licensors retain rights in website designs, general templates, training materials, and brand assets. You may read the site and keep reasonable copies for your personal evaluation. You may not sell our template library or imply an affiliation we have not authorized.
Your rights in completed individualized career materials are governed by the Service Agreement. These website terms do not take ownership of your resume, experience, personal information, or honest reviews.
5. Forms, communications, and links
Submit only information reasonably needed to evaluate your request. Our Privacy Notice explains handling of personal information. Reading that notice is not a blanket consent to optional marketing, recording, tracking, or AI uses unrelated to service delivery.
Other websites, employers, job platforms, and payment providers have their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not imply their endorsement of BORAKA. We remain responsible for the obligations we expressly undertake and for our handling of information before a transfer.
6. Site availability and corrections
We aim to maintain accurate information and a functioning site. Errors and outages can occur. We may correct public information prospectively, but we will not use a website correction to impose an undisclosed fee or reduce a paid client's agreed rights. Material changes to an accepted service require the notice or consent described in that agreement and applicable law.
7. Reviews, complaints, and rights
You may publish honest reviews and raise concerns with regulators, payment providers, or courts. No confidentiality or content clause is intended to prevent that. Please avoid disclosing another person's private information or protected employer information when doing so.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not waive remedies for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful data practices, or our failure to perform a paid agreement.
8. Applicable law and updates
Maryland law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or available courts in your place of residence. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, shortened statutory claim period, or exclusive distant forum is created by these terms. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.
The version and effective date identify changes to these website terms. Changes do not retroactively rewrite an existing paid agreement. Questions or accessibility requests may be sent to support@boraka.co.
